We love nature and being active outdoors in beautiful scenery (mountains, lakes, and beaches). We love our friends and meeting great people but avoid the crowds and touristy places. Each of our properties is located in our favorite vacation spots and surrounded by nature with a small-town atmosphere nearby.

This romantic riverside property is an elegant adults-only luxury retreat designed for couples and friend groups seeking get-aways to the charming historic river town of Augusta.

Historic Payne-Bradford house originally built in 1792 by General John Payne on the riverside with unobstructed views of the river and ferry. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home has been completely restored and updated to it’s original stature filled with antiques and historic artifacts.
